dear journal,

You've been abused and I'm here now to apologize. Aside from school, totalling my car, the jail sentence, ev turning one soon, upcoming wilco/bon iver excitement, and the fact that I'm missing Lollapolooza as we speak....not much has been going on.

Well that's a lie actually. I'm just not sure where to begin. And I'm tired of having a stupid blog like this. I want one of those funny blogs....that you can't read without your mouth getting tired from smiling. I'm just not that funny I suppose. Every now and again, though, I get luckayyy! But never when I'm writing blogs. It is what it is.

What have I been doing lately? Well I saw the Dark Knight. I loved it and still need to see it again. Also, after much hesitation and resistance I realized just how much I really am in love. It's a great feeling....I hope even the people I hate get to feel this one day. Even the ones that think they are going to lose their best friend to me (this is really stupid by the way). One would think that someones' best friend, ANYONES' best friend really, would be happy for their friend and the happiness they have found. I guess some people are just giant morons that happen to have an extremely funny side. Hence why people let the fact that these types of people are huge assholes go and settle for the best kind of mediocre friendship you can have with a person of this disposition.
